BMEDUZZA – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking a service with BMEDUZZA, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies ensure a professional, safe, and fair experience for all clients.

1. Booking, Deposits & Cancellations

A 40% deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are refundable or transferable only if canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before will result in a non-refundable deposit. No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay for future bookings. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation without a refund.

2. Full Set vs. Infill – Selecting the Correct Service

Full Set – Required for new clients or if less than 50% of lashes remain. Infill – Available only if at least 50% of lashes are intact from a previous set done by BMEDUZZA. Booking the wrong service may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

3. Cleaning Fee & Appointment Preparation

Clients must arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and eye area. If you arrive with makeup, oil, or unclean lashes, a £7 cleaning fee will apply. If the fee is refused, the appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

4. Patch Test & Allergic Reactions

A patch test is available upon request at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you decline a patch test, you accept the risk of potential allergic reactions. No refunds will be issued for allergic reactions. If a reaction occurs, a lash removal service can be booked at an additional charge. Clients with a history of allergies to lash adhesives must inform us before booking.

5. Non-Refundable Services & Adjustments

All services are final and non-refundable. If you experience an issue, notify us within 48 hours for a possible adjustment. Adjustments are at our discretion and apply only to technician-related issues, not poor aftercare.

6. Contraindications – Who Cannot Have This Service

Clients with the following conditions cannot receive lash services: styes, chalazion, eyelid cysts, blepharitis, black barrettes, conjunctivitis (pink eye), impetigo, or any contagious skin infections near the eyes. Clients with recent eye surgery (LASIK, cataract, etc.) must wait until fully healed. Those with trichotillomania or alopecia may not retain lash extensions properly. If undergoing chemotherapy or radiation, a doctor's approval is required.

Certain conditions may affect retention or cause discomfort: dry eye syndrome may cause irritation, claustrophobia may make the procedure difficult, and clients with a high fever or flu symptoms should reschedule. Recent facial wounds, abrasions, or swelling near the eye may interfere with the service. Pregnancy and breastfeeding may affect lash retention due to hormonal changes.

If you have any of these conditions, consult your doctor before booking.

7. Aftercare Instructions
